Week in Review...

Ashlyn loves to make things on her pottery wheel, and last week she made this medal holder for all of her medals:) She also made the banner out of things that shes made from perler beads...very crafty girl...
Abby took a picture of her bed made...
Ashlyn added her name banner on top...
Baby lilly and family came over to Celebrate Jacobs birthday on August 29th-so sweet!! I took donut holes to his class for his birthday treat. He requested pizza for his dinner and I made him a chocolate cake. All of his favorite things, we got a Costco pizza so we had the Paul's over for dinner so they could help us eat it all up. We love having Jacob in our family, he's very techy. Loves all things electronic and wants to know how they work. He loves playing gaga ball at school, it's an intense game that is new to the school as of last year. He is out there playing it every recess, and I know because I've been subbing alot at the school.

Happy birthday Jacob 11!!

Jacobs closet doors have been off the track for a few months so I finally got around to installing a new track and I put new trim on the top. I think it looks pretty good, and the doors glide smoothly. yay!
I got my hair done! It's been over a year and it was time. I'm in denial that my hair is starting to show a little gray, so I may need to start going more often.
Abby put on this cute hat today!
And then took a pic of me, this is where I was all day except for going to church. I woke up with a crick in my neck and it hurts alot. But I was blessed to get through primary with very little pain, nothing short of a miracle:)
Rick's work brought in some crazy animals a few weeks ago and I forgot to post....yikes!!
Our watermelons are doing great!

Rick took his brother Rob out kayaking yesterday, they had a great time...

I think that's a sheep on the top! That's crazy!
In other news, Haley got a new job! She's now working at a sandwich shop down the street that has all members working there. It's a much safer environment than the mall, and she enjoys working there. Yay!

  1. Sounds like a great birthday for Jacob! Can't believe he's 11 years old! Your hair looks beautiful! Anna just told me I need to get my hair dyed because she can see my grey! Great job on your watermelons. They look yummy! Yay for Haley on her new job!
