Halloween!

Sarah sent me this adorable picture of baby Madeline playing with the mobile that I had passed on from Abby. Ironically, I got this mobile from Abby's current 3rd grade teacher because she had just had a baby a few months earlier when I found out I was pregnant with Abby. I was her daughter's preschool aide at the time. I received a lot of baby items from her and it was such a blessing because I hadn't kept anything. Now it's continuing to bless lives, and its super cute!

I got to be a spider for Halloween for the Storybook parade on Monday, and hold up the book Charlotte's web with the kinder team. 

We went trick or treating with the neighbors, we only had to go around our block and the kids buckets were full! The houses were just shoveling candy at them, it was quick and fun!

Next week is Kindness week and all of the teachers will be decorating their doors. This is what I came up with for my door, I can be a good friend and it has pictures of friends doing nice things for each other...

Eggs are ridiculously expensive right now, so buying from one of the students at my school ended up being cheaper and look how pretty they are!

Haley and Kevin were a cowboy and a cowgirl for halloween!

My parents are on a cruise to Hawaii and Jason Black was performing on their ship! They got to hear him perform and then had lunch with him the next day!

It's been a crazy week, Ashlyn missed all 5 days of school because she had the flu and Abby missed 3 days because she was sick but the drs couldn't figure out what she had. Then we got a call on Saturday that her culture in the lab had tested positive for strep. So we got her on meds and she's doing much better now. Hopefully no one else gets sick and we can have a healthy week!
