This week was a tough week! Ashlyn felt sick a few hours after getting home from Oceanside and the rest of the kids fell sick shortly after, Rick and I have just barely started to feel sick but I'm trying to hold it off. Jacob and Ashlyn both had strep throat and ear infections and Abby just had tummy pain. It was hard to go to work all week knowing that they were all home really sick. Luckily we finally got them on antibiotics yesterday and so I'm hoping that they'll be better for school starting this week...
We got Rusty all vaccinated so now he can go for walks outside and get groomed! He looks so tiny now without all of the hair! He's so cute!
Before we knew that Ashlyn was sick she went over to Emilie's house to play games and celebrate her birthday, she had fun with her friends....
I needed a head shot for work for an All About Me page that I'm doing for my families so I had Ashlyn take some pictures of me today....which one do you think I picked?
During new teacher orientation they had raffles going on and I found out that I won a Welcome Mat for my classroom! I'm so excited to receive it this week!
Abby went over to play too before she started feeling sick, luckily the Weidmans did not get sick from us, phew!
Meet the Teacher is on Tuesday night and school starts on Thursday, I have 2 rallys I'll be attending this week to hype us up for school and I'm excited to meet my new little kinder students! I don't feel anymore prepared than I did before, but I'm really excited to learn and grow. We had a great day on Friday at Zaharis with all of the teachers returning and it was fun to feel apart of a great community of teachers that I've looked up to for so long. Here's hoping it's a great and healthy week!
