Week in Review...

This week was filled with fun adventures. There's this lady in our city that was an American Ninja Warrior and she teaches classes to kids on how to train to be an ANW. Ashlyn went a few years ago to a few classes and this year Jacob wanted to go too. We took some neighbor kids along as well. The kids had a blast! They said they even jumped off the roof!
On Tuesday Abby and I went to toddler time again, this time it was all about the letter M. So we made a cute little Mouse, she loved it again!

On Saturday night I took Haley to go school shopping and they had this little Merry go Round that Abby wanted to ride on, with her big sis!

So cute!
Ashlyn and Jacob were being spoiled by a neighbor friend! They took them to go see The secret life of Pets, where they ate pizzas!
Then on their way home they took a detour and got ice cream! They were so happy they got invited on this adventure!

Golfland Sunsplash

With our pogo passes we have gone to lots of fun places this year! One such place was Golfland Sunsplash last Friday. It's a huge waterpark that is right off of the freeway, so the kids have passed it a ton and everytime they pass by they say, when are we going to that park? It's been 7 years of this quesiton! ha! So, finally we got to go! It was a fun time, I spent time with Abby in the baby area while the kids went down the slides. Their favorite was called the Double Dare. They stand in a tube that is completely closed, and the speaker counts down, 3, 2, 1 and there's a heartbeat noise to get you excited, then suddenly the lifeguard pushes a button and the floor drops from beneath you and you drop straight down into a water slide!! I don't know that I would have the guts to ride that one!! The kids were so brave! Rick joined us after work and we switched off so I could get Abby home. Rick got to ride a few slides and he had a fun time too. I didn't ride any of the slides, but I did have a fun time with Abby in the lazy river and in the wave pool. I have a fear of water slides, I will ride them but they make my heart race from the unknown and it's more scary to me than fun. So, I wasn't too upset about having to take care of Abby in the baby area:) No pics because we were too busy having fun!

ABBY'S birthday week!

Abby's 3rd birthday was on Monday and I don't usually watch any daycare kids until the late morning so we decided to go to the splash pad with friends. We had a great time! It was actually a little overcast, which made it even more pleasant. Her sweet little friend from daycare came and gave her a present of a panda and Anna and Elsa from Frozen. She was so excited! Then that night we had Spaghetti for dinner and cake and ice cream for dessert and then opened presents. We went swimming after opening presents, it was a fun day!

These pics were taken by Jacob on the car ride home from Big Bear...

Grandma and Grandpa Hahn sent these cute paper dolls for Abby, they're actually made out of wood and super cute!
Rick made her a minnie mouse pancake for breakfast.
Ashlyn made some 3d toys with a 3d maker she got from Christmas.
Pics from the splash pad...

She even got her nails painted by Ashlyn..

Spaghetti is something that she will actually eat for dinner!

She got a bubble gun...

Popping the bubbles...

She got some watercolor paints, a shapes toy, Reeces pieces, a bubble gun and a fan from the family and a minnie mouse helicopter and a minnie mouse doll that sings and lights up from Grandma and Grandpa Johnson and Wooden paper dolls and a cute new outfit from Grandma and Grandpa Hahn, she was spoiled!

On Tuesday we went to our first Toddler time at the library and they learned all about the letter L and made this cute Lion craft. Abby loved it!!

This is the bathing suit that she wears every single day!
But she was so excited when she got her new outfit that she had to change right away! It's so cute!!

3 years old has got to be the best! She says the funniest things and is so silly. We just love our Abby babby boo!! She is such a delight and brings us all so much happiness!!

We went and cleaned the church on Saturday and they had donuts, this is how Abby looks after eating a donut. Or actually she just licks off the frosting!
This is some of what Abby has said lately, the morning after her birthday we were in the car and she asks, "where's Grandma?"
me: she's at home
Abby: she called me last night and sang, happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday to abby happy birthday to you!

So cute!!

Later that day as the sun was starting to set she says,
What's that? (pointing at the sun)
me: that's the sun
Abby: I want to touch it with my finger!
me: The sun is really, really hot! It's a fireball, it's too hot to touch.
Abby: can you turn off the fireball?

At toddler time they sang Twinkle, twinkle little star so when we got home she told Rick that they sang twinkle twinkle little star just like at church!

She is too fun!
