Spring Break!

 The kids would say this was our most boring break ever! But it was great for me! I got to tackle long-overdue house projects and read lots of books. It was the perfect break for me. We couldn't go anywhere because the hospital bills were high, and Jacob couldn't do much anyway. We went and saw the Fountain Hills fountain turn green on Tuesday, that was fun! We went swimming and finished a couple of projects. Abby went shopping with a friend, so she was happy too.

We did a board and batten wall and installed a new doggie gate! It took lots of team work...

My cute Mom finally had a knee replacement done! Yay! She's at home and recovering now. We are so happy for her and can't wait to see all the walks she goes on.

We got a pool key to a neighborhood pool to keep Jacob busy, he sits in the pool...

My cute parents celebrated 59 years together yesterday! They're amazing!

It was a great week for me, and I know the kids enjoyed not going to school. Just a couple more months...then it's summer time!
