Valentine's Week

Happy Valentine's Day Haley and Kevin!

Ashlyn and I both got flowers on Valentine's Day. She got hers from a good gal friend and I got mine from Rick...

This yummy food is from Ashlyn's galentine breakfast!

Abby got to go serve at Feed my Starving children this week for young womens...

My beautiful parents on their cruise...

Ashlyn's dentist got her this beautiful plant for Valentine's Day!
My mom played the ukelele in their concert to show off their skills, she did great!

Another galentine date for Ashlyn was for dinner, they had canoli's for dessert!

We were able to get Jacob hearing aids this week! They're going to take some getting used to, but he's adjusting well. It's fun to hear his stories about all that he hears at school now. We are so blessed that he's getting hearing help now.

I was able to participate in a singing group for our Christ activity with the RS this week. We sang the song, Because. It's such a beautiful song and I was so excited to sing it. The night was a beautiful reminder of Christ's love for us.

Formal dinner...

Abby and I both gave talks in sacrament today. It was Abby's first time, and she was really nervous. I was surprised that she said yes to speaking. As soon as she was done, she started crying. It had been a lot for her to get through. I was so proud of her. I knew how hard this would be, but she did it! She got lots of love from our ward after the sacrament. We both spoke about The family, a proclamation to the world. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to talk. I wasn't feeling very good, but I was able to take lots of vitamins and get feeling better just in time. Sweet Sarah sent me dinner on Saturday and that was so kind of her!

We also found out that Rick's parents are moving across the street from Becca and Sarah, they're building a house and will move in the summer. to Rexburg Idaho. We are pretty bummed they didn't pick Arizona, but also not surprised.  I guess our summers in California are over, so sad! It will be good to visit with lots of family when we go to Idaho though.
