We got Rusty this little piggie stuffed animal from DI, and he just loves it! He goes and grabs it and carries it with him when he greets us. He even sleeps with it. It's so cute!
Abby's volleyball team did really well at their game on Saturday. They won, and she got to serve 10 times! Her team is really learning how to work together.
Ashlyn got a job! She's going to be working at Reed Dental in Tempe, AZ, right next to ASU. It's a brand-new doctor and a brand-new practice; they just opened last Monday. She's so excited to start tomorrow. She'll be working as a dental assistant and assisting with orthodontic and Endodontic patients as well. She's excited to learn more things and work with nice people. We are excited for her to start her career!
My mom's birthday was on Wednesday! They had a delicious dinner that my Dad helped to make! Wahoo Dad! Love you, Mom, so grateful that we get to celebrate you!
Grandma and Grandpa Johnson have been visiting Arkansas and posting cool pics; they're having a great time!
We went to the Zaharis carnival on Friday night, and Abby invited 2 friends to come with us. They had a blast together riding the rides, playing the games, and hanging out together.

Jacob and I went to the audiologist to check on his hearing this week. His hearing has gotten worse over the last 1 1/2 yrs since he was last checked. He has significant hearing loss, his audiologist had us make an appointment with an ENT so that we can try and figure out if there's a structural part of his ear that's causing the hearing loss, and if not then he will need to get hearing aids. It's tricky because we don't have any family history of hearing impaired so they've got to rule out anything that could cause it first. It's a pretty significant hearing loss, and on top of that he may also have auditory processing disorder. Double whammy! Poor guy. Hoping to help him hear better soon.
