We were so lucky to get to have Jake and Brielle over for thanksgiving! Everything was so yummy except that my rolls didn't rise, the yeast was too old I guess. Dang!
We were asking Brielle and Jake how they met and then they asked us how we met and it got me going down memory lane for my wedding. She said she was 2 years old when I got married, so I had to look at old pictures! Here's Carrie and Zachary and a peek of Ryan...I also found this cute pic of Amy Randall and I at our Ricks college graduation with Amy's niece Kaylie and her sister Heidi...
There's Brielle with Sarah and you can see June Saxton just behind her and Ronny and Jen talking with Tutu....
Brielle and Zachary, so cute!
Abby was playing with our christmas train and attached it to the chair and was parading it around...
Jacob and Ashlyn making fudge together, they've become pros at it! It was yummy!
We went to a new park out in Apache Junction and it had this beautiful lake with 2 fountains, it made for a nice walk while Abby and Ash played at the park...
Rick's Dad after the wedding reception...
Abby's 5th grade has been doing a real life simulation of the revolutionary war. The 5th grade teachers became queens of England and started taxing all of the students (they have a money currency called Z bucks that they've been earning money all year with businesses, etc) every day there would be a new tax and some students started rebelling and yelling, no more taxes! Eventually each tax would get repealed as they would rebel. It finally came to a final showdown where they had a revolutionary war (dodgeball game) against the queens. The patriots won and there are no more taxes! Abby is so happy!
Cute Carrie and Zach in Rexburg for thanksgiving...
Kim and Curtis...
Mom and Dad...
Ehlert family....
No more taxes!!
That deserves a dance!
It was a great thanksgiving break! We are enjoying the nice weather, going for lots of walks. Today Abby got her temple recommend that for next year, she was so nervous but she did great! We are excited to go to the temple for baptisms in January.
