Week in Review...

Some more pics of our camping trip, Abby and Holly...

Haley had a major surgery this week, to remove the endometrial lining in her uterus, she also had some cysts removed from her bladder, she had her bladder cleansed and had a biopsy taken from her uterus. I think she had 4 things done while she was under, she's a trooper! The next day she drove with Kevin and his Dad to Las Vegas for their grandmother's funeral. Luckily she was able to sleep and rest the whole way, but she was still pretty sore and tired yesterday and today. Poor girl. I hope that she's able to get the rest that she needs to recover successfully.
My sweet Ash and her new glasses, how cute does she look?!
Ashlyn is house sitting for 2 weeks, and she's allergic to their dogs so it's been quite the challenge but she's loving having a house to herself. She comes over for dinner, because we would miss her too much otherwise!

She's been taking lots of dog pics...

This one's pretty funny!! Creepily watching Ash I guess....hahaha....

After Haley's surgery, letting me know all was well! She requested barbque for dinner, so I sent her some pulled pork!

Cute Ash and Sara!

We actually got Jacob to a public pool this week, he didn't go in very far. But I took it as a win!

I wall papered Abbys room just on one room, I added a trim to the top so I'll have to take more pics to show the finished product...it's pretty cute!

Ashlyn got her patriarchal blessing today from Patriarch Harris, the same patriarch who did Haley's blessing. It was remarkable, the words that were used really emphasized how much Heavenly Father knows our Ashlyn. It was really long and so beautiful. We felt the spirit so strongly and we know that Ashlyn's going to have a beautiful life. We are so blessed to have these glimpses into her life. We have such a loving Heavenly Father.

Week in Review...

The dogs love to say goodnight to Abby, it's so cute!

I took the kids camping on Friday night by myself, it was quite the adventure. Luckily we had friends to help us set up our tent that I couldn't do after 2 hours, but we saw lots of deer!

We took up our 2 favorite boys as well...

There were lots of families in our ward going camping, so at the last minute I decided to join them. Why not right?

Rusty got neutered on Tuesday, and the first couple of days were rough. He was so tired and out of it...
Poor guy!
We also got some new lights put in our kitchen and family room, it was so dark in there before!

We took Ashlyn to the eye dr, just to rule out headaches from her eyesight and we found out that she does indeed need glasses! Another piece of the puzzle!

This was our tent after 2 hours of trying to set it up, hardest tent ever!! Luckily another family had the same tent and was able to help us set it up correctly.

We played at a pond, it was really fun!

Look at all of that space though, it's a nice big tent..
Abby Holly and Nova...

Yummy cake pops....

Jacob was messing around with Rusty's pillow...

My cute parents on their alaskan cruise....

It was crazy camping, but we all survived and had lots of blessings. We couldn't find out camp ground, but after Abby said a prayer we were able to get service and get a call from a friend who could help us get there...we were so blessed to have help setting up our tent, we got there and back safely and I actually got a bit of sleep! Poor Ashlyn was so sick, but she said she would rather be sick camping than at home. ha!
