Week in Review-Ashlyn's birthday

We have been looking at baby pictures with Ashlyn's 18th birthday, makes it feel like the time went by way too fast!

Ashlyn had her band competition on her birthday! She had a full day of band practice and then the competition, when she came home she was exhausted but we had cake and presents. Today we are having lasagna for her birthday dinner. Ashlyn has had such a rough year, but we hope that things are turning around for her. It's been fun to see a smile on her face and her personality is shining again, we sure missed her!

This last week was a rough one, she was bedridden all week and missed lots of school. I managed to get a smile out of her even though she had a really bad headache. Poor girl...

We have been taking lots of walks lately with the cooler weather, look at the beautiful superstition mountains!
