Week in Review...

On Monday, we bought a new hamster for Abby's class. Rick named him cinnamon and Abby really liked it. She told her teacher and she liked it too. So their new class pet's name is Cinnamon. He loves being in the tubes...

Kyler also really liked Cinnamon, he couldn't take his eyes off of him. We had to move him up to a higher spot because he wouldn't stop staring at the hamster, it was creepy!

Rick took Jacob out for his birthday date, they got panda express orange chicken!

Jacob got to take care of the neighbors dogs and puppies...

After over a year of looking for a truck, Rick finally got his F-150. It's a 2012 and he's super excited about it! We traded in the van for it, so technically it's my truck but only until December. In December if Ashlyn doesn't have her licence, I'll drive her civic to student teach. 

Ashlyn is loving Color Guard! It's everything she never knew she wanted in her life! ha! She loves it so much, they had their 2nd game on Friday and it was an away game The only thing tough about her being in color guard, is that we have to stay up late to bring her home. So, we are hoping she will want to get her license sooner rather than later!

Ashlyn also got to do Temple baptisms, what a treat!

One of my kindergarteners brought in Vienna Fingers for a snack because she was the letter V for the day...

 I got sick again, so we are thinking that I'm allergic to the desert. Unfortunately that means no more trail running for me, I can't afford to keep missing work and school because I'm getting sick every week. I do want to keep running though, once I stop coughing long enough to get started again...
