Ashlyn got to go to her first homecoming dance on Saturday! She went with a group of her color guard friends. The dance was outside and she said it was really fun and they did a lot of jumping around.

Rick got to take his kayak out, with his truck! He said it was much easier and the clean up was faster. yay!!

Jacob went up to St. Johns for the weekend with the bishop and boys in our ward and they made knives. He jammed his finger, poor guy!
Ashlyn is very busy with color guard, she is living her best life! Abby gave a talk in primary and it was the first time that she did it without cowering behind me! As soon as she was done she burst into tears and wouldn't let me leave. Poor girl, it took a lot out of her to give a talk. She's a brave girl though, working on her fears and anxieties. One more week until fall break!
