Week in Review...

 Rick had a birthday on Monday and got spoiled! We are so thankful for Rick and the love that he gives his family! We love you! He got some new specialized kayak paddles, a new water bottle, some ear headphone things, a card painted by Ashlyn and a key holder made by Jacob. 

Abby pulled out her tooth this morning, she has pulled out all of her wiggly teeth all by herself. This last one she had just barely told me it was loose yesterday!

Abby's class made water walls at school and they invited the whole school to come and play with them on Friday. She did a great job!

She also got to have a late-night party with her friends at her friend Holly's house, they made pizzas, swam, and watched a movie.

Kim surprised me with Crumbl cookies this week, she's so sweet! Made my day!

Rick really wanted a lemon meringue pie for his birthday but I told him that I wouldn't have time to make it after work. Well, I decided to secretly make one and surprise him! He was pleasantly surprised!! His favorite!

On Sunday night I made him a cake, because I really didn't think I would have time after work to make him a birthday treat...

Ashlyn has joined the high school marine biology club. She gets to help filter the water, feeds the fish, and learn all about them. She's loving it!

This is Dave, if you throw a ball into the tank he will hit it back to you with his head. Haley used to tell me that she would play ball with Dave the fish and I thought she was joking. Turns out it's real!

Jacob and Ashlyn got to do a murder mystery dinner with YM/YW on Wednesday, they had a blast!

I got a new calling as a Sunday school teacher and I'm teaching the 11-12-year-olds, so it's pretty cool because I know these kids from primary. It's my first calling as a teacher!
