Week in Review...New Years!

 We went out exploring yesterday for Haleys last Saturday at home before leaving for BYU-Idaho on Monday! We drove out to Globe and on the way back in Superior, we found this awesome park!

Rick took the girls on another hike...

We had fireworks at the park with the Pauls and the Weidmans and then a bunch of other families showed up with the same idea. It was a huge firework party! We have decided that we like doing fireworks alot better on New Years than on the 4th of July! Its nice and cold, it gets dark earlier and we can be done before bed time! ha!

I made some homemade chicken noodle soup with homemade noodles and it was delicious. 

Haley's been looking at the advice that she got when she was baptized...

It was a good week, we are excited for the new year and all that it will bring. Also, Jacob was ordained to the office of a teacher today after church by Rick. He's excited to find out what his new duties will be in the teachers quorum. Rick gave Haley and I blessings for our new school adventures...
