Haley and Ashlyn stayed in California this week and flew home on Thursday and Friday. They've been making these crafts all week...
Haley's boyfriend broke up with her, so she's been looking for motivational quotes, this is what she put on her letter board...
Kyler/Tyler has been a sweet dog in our home, he loves to be by me at all times. One of Jacobs friends left the front door open when he was leaving and he bolted out the front door. He's quick as lightening, but luckily we were able to coax him home. Now we freak out whenever someone leaves, to quickly shut the door. Hopefully he will quickly learn that home is a good place to be, and not want to bolt.
We went over to the Paul's this week to see lilly on her 2nd birthday. She was so adorable, I can't believe that she's 2!
We wanted to cool off on Saturday night, so we drove down to the river. It was nice and cool and so refreshing. We will have to start doing this more often...it was a little nerve wracking because the current is so strong. The kids would walk upriver and then float down and I was worrying about Abby. I told Rick, I don't think we should come back here again, It's too much to worry about. Abby looks at me and says, you're right mom, we won't bring you next time so you won't have to worry! haha! Little stinker. We will have to look for a more kid friendly spot, so that the Paul's can join us next time...
Haley and Ashlyn had fun in Suisun this week...
they went to visit family in Merced and visited a place called Rainbow pools and jumped off this rock...
They're so brave...
This week 3 of my kids will be starting at new schools and I'll be starting in a new position. All will be done virtually, this will be interesting! I've set up work stations in all of their bedrooms and Abby will be out in the kitchen, i'll be wherever I can be that's quiet. It will be interesting to say the least...
