2 weeks in review...Aug 27th, 2019

The last 2 weeks have been jam packed with no slowing down in sight. On Wednesday we had a birthday party for Jacob's 12 birthday. He had 7 boys over and it was absolute chaos. Jacob loved it! He came up with the whole party plan, came up with 8 minute to win it games and basically planned the whole party. The boys loved it, they had pizza and root beer and got to shoot nerf guns at each other, it was crazy!

Jacob had them pop a balloon to figure out which game would be next, he put the name of the game inside the balloon.
Ashlyn had a swim party with some friends, cute girls!
More party fun...

All the boys wanted to help light the candles!

Abby carries this little journal around everywhere and colors, writes and draws in it. It is the cutest!
Jacob with his birthday haul, he was pretty happy!
Since we had birthday cake the day before his birthday, we went out to Cold Stone for his birthday. Yum!
Abby all dressed up watching Ugly Dolls, which is a super cute movie!
Haley went night bowling with some friends...

Last week Rick went kayaking...

For my birthday on the 25th we went out to lunch at Garcia's, its becoming a birthday tradition! Jacob was in a really bad mood, so you'll see that in all of the pics. haha!

Rick gave me this stair stepper for my birthday and Abby drew me this cute picture! I heard from all of my siblings for my birthday and that is my favorite part! Birthdays are more about hearing from family than for presents for me:) Love my family!

Got some pictures of the girls repelling from Girls Camp...

Ashlyn had a modesty lesson and they designed dresses out of paper towels! Her dress is super cute!

We also celebrated my birthday out at the pool, with cake! My favorite!

It's been a challenge getting back into the swing of school again. Abby got strep throat and was out for two days, poor baby! Rick is loving work and busy planning his trip to the Philippines, someone on his team just enrolled the last president of Mexico into their English language learning system! Pretty cool!
