It was another busy week! On Wednesday I had Activity days and we talked about doing Secret Service and came up with different ideas for secretly serving during the week. Then we made cards for a neighbor on my street whose daughter just passed away and dropped them off on his doorstep with some flowers and some candy and then we drew cute chalk drawings on another neighbors front driveway who was having a baby that day. We also left flowers on their doorstop. That night Ashlyn had her first soccer practice and Rick is her coach! Which means that I'm the secretary! I had to assist Rick so that he could get a practice in while I talked with the parents and had them sign health forms, etc. Rick loved being the coach! There are two boys in our ward on the team and one of Jacobs friends is also on the team, it should be a fun season! On Friday we had our annual neighborhood egg hunt, the kids had a blast. Abby threw up as soon as she woke up, so I stayed home with her and Rick took the kids...
Rick got to help hide Easter eggs...
We got a box of See's Chocolates from Grandma and Grandpa Hahn! Yay! So yummy!!
Ashlyn got her spring pictures back, we had no idea it was spring pictures day!
I redid a chair in my living room, it was fine before but it didn't match anything in my room. So I changed it to a light green fabric and a little more shabby chic design.
On Saturday, Rick took the kids kayaking in the morning and I dropped them off at skateland for the afternoon...
Sunday it was Easter!
Abby actually found a couple of eggs on her own this time! She was still mainly interested in eating all of the chocolate though!
Haley gets her own hunt in the backyard. Abby calls her, "E!" although she has started to call her hey yay, but if she's frustrated it's, "E!" So cute!
We got out the rockin bunny and Abby loved it! She was dancing and yelling out to everyone that the bunny was dancing!
Happy Easter! Looks like everyone got a lot of candy. The chair looks awesome. Way to go!
