Week in Review..

Somehow I missed posting last week, so I'll let you know that Rick and I both spoke in Sacrament the last weekend of August. We were both extremely nervous about speaking since it had been a few years, just a couple for me but at least 4 for Rick! We are so glad to be done and we hope to be good for a few years:) This last Monday we had a huge rain storm come through, it had been a long time since we had rain so it was quite exciting! We woke up on Monday to a flooded back yard, this is drained away throughout the day, but it shows you how fast the rain came down and piled up.
Our retention basins filled up nicely, so the kids went for a swim! This is usually just grass! The kids loved it!

I've started babysitting again and right now I'm watching a 2 yr old and a 3 month old, so I got out our little bouncer and Abby still fits in it! She didn't even squirm out of it, she was just chilling in it. So cute!

I was in charge of a craft for our RS craft night and I made a birthday banner, but I didn't actually get to craft because I was in charge, so the next day I made this cute Family banner.
Ash and Haley went to a free cupcake class that they had at our craft night, and brought this one home. Super cute!
Ash found my phone!
This is what the Happy Birthday banner looked like, but instead of Happy Birthday, we made one that said Ashlyn. Haley and Jacob ended up making their names too and then Haley made one for Abby, they're pretty easy!
Jacob and Ash playing with my phone...
We took the kids to Sportsmans Warehouse last night to check out all of the dead animals. Ashlyn was freaking out because Haley made her touch a bear!
Abby has her feeding therapist appointment on Tuesday, so I'll hopefully have good news to report next week!
