Week in Review...

Haley  made chocolate covered strawberries for Valentines day...

Abby and I watched the Friend to Friend event for primary yesterday, it was an amazing program and Abby and I loved it!

Haley's having fun in the cold, cold Idaho weather. She loves the cold!

On Monday we took Ashlyn's friend Sara to a new park in Gilbert. It's got the whole set up for American Ninja Warrior training, it was tough stuff! The kids had fun trying to do it and riding around the lake...

Last Sunday we had the Pauls over for s'mores, the kids loved it!

Abby and I are working on her reading, she's started the 1st grade books now. She's trying her hardest to catch up with the kids in her class. I just hope that she feels proud of how far she's come!

We have had such beautiful weather this last week...

Haley got to have dinner with Grandma and Grandpa Hahn when they came to town to help Sarah and Brett move into their new home!

 

Week in Review..

She really didn't want to go, and she kept worrying about me the whole way up but she was so happy to make it to the top!

Week in Review...

On Friday Rick took the day off, so I got to come home to a clean house! That was a nice surprise! He took Ashlyn and Jacob to the river when they got home from school and they paddled around for a bit. The water was very cold... 

Today we had Abby's It's great to be 8 program, she learned about the children and youth program and getting baptized! She got her temple picture and her emblem ring, she was so excited! It's a big year for this girl!

Abby got to help our neighbors juice some lemons, so cute!!

Haley got to babysit her nephews last week, they're so cute!

Haley has a boyfriend, his name is Kevin and he is the ward organist, plays the piano, guitar, sings and has a dog! She says he makes her laugh all the time, so I'm glad they're having fun. They went shooting on Saturday and she says that she hit a target know one thought could be hit!

We are spending lots of time outside, well the kids are! I'm spending lots of time doing homework. I'm learning about learning disabilities right now and have to present on them in a few weeks. A lot of things looked very familiar to me about how Abby is learning, so it's been interesting to make those connections. We are having Abby evaluated for learning disabilities at school right now, hopefully we can get her the help that she needs to keep learning. I'm loving everything that I'm learning right now, it's very interesting and challenging. I've made some friends at school and it's been fun to commiserate with them about how hard the homework is:)
