Week in Review...

Rick took this pic after picking up Abby from nursery last Sunday. This was her 3rd time in Nursery, since she has been so sick since turning 18 months. Luckily she didn't get sick this time! She is fine in nursery as long as one of the leaders is holding her!

I painted some furniture this week, to match the new wall color. This dresser and the shelf used to be yellow.

The kids had spring pictures and of course I totally forgot. They turned out cute anyway!

Rick went to a Cubs Spring training game with his work and we went to the splash pad on Friday. The kids loved it!

Ashlyn made it to the top of the rope pyramid, she is brave!

This week is spring break, we are going to head to San Diego to hit up the beach, can't wait!

Weekly Review

I was putting pictures back up on the wall after painting earlier this week and so Abby was playing with toys in her room. She brought out this tupperware that had been storing toys in it, which she apparently had dumped out all of the toys in it so that she could sit in it. So cute!

She thought it was funny that I was laughing.

She kept coming over to me so that she could see the pictures that I was taking, she thought that was neat.

We took lots of bike rides this week! Abby knows exactly what we're saying when we say, do you want to go for a bike ride? She laughs, jumps up and run to the garage door. When we open the door she runs to the bike. She smiles the whole time! Don't let this picture fool you, I think the sun was in her eyes, or she was thinking, quit taking pics and lets go!

On Friday I  was getting ready to go volunteer at the kids school for a Fun Run fundraiser they were holding, so I got a big bag of cheerios for Abby to take and handed it to her. Big mistake! She ran off with it and ended up dumping them all over the table and rug! She thought it was great fun!

Jacob had a fun time too...

Poor Jacob, he gets so shy when I'm around him at school. He's probably thinking, stop taking pictures mom!

We had a bunch of dumpsters dropped off in our neighborhood this week for a big neighborhood clean up. We spent all of Saturday morning hauling all of our laminate flooring, baseboards and general junk to the dumpster. I ended up taking a nap that day because I was exhausted! Our yard is back to normal again though, so it was worth it!
Haley was put into a new beehive presidency, she is now the 2nd counselor. She moved from being the 1st counselor, with a new President. Her President is Haley, so two Haley's:)

Another crazy week!

This week was another crazy week! I can't remember when we took a walk to the duck pond by our house, but Abby sure loves the ducks!

Our house is slowly coming together again, we had the baseboards put in this week and I painted all of the main living areas of the house.  We are getting close to being done! It was extra hard to paint this week because Abby has another ear infection, poor girl!

Crazy hair day at school is always fun for the kids...

Ashlyn had pink hair and we put pipe cleaners in her hair and twisted them around her hair.

We went over to Robs new house yesterday to see it, they were just moving in. The kids love playing with their dogs.

Then Rick took off to Phoenix with the kids to the Scouterama. They had lots of fun!

Then he took them to Riverview park and Ashlyn made it to the top of the climbing rope pyramid!

We got a bike seat for Abby and she loves it! Last night was the first time that she was able to ride on it and she was laughing and smiling the whole time!
