Week in Review

Yesterday Rick and Jacob got to go with the teachers and priests to Tucson to an airplane museum. They said it was pretty cool!

I bought this cute vintage radio with my gift card from my Mom and Dad! It's so cute, it's a radio and it can be bluetooth!

Sarah sent me this cute pic of Abby and Macey, just babies!

We went to Red Robin on Friday night to celebrate my birthday, it was very yummy!

One of my aides and I are always matching! So we decided to start documenting it this year, we will see how many pics we get!

Ashlyn started school on Monday! She has a long 3 hour class on Mondays and Wednesdays and 3 classes on Tuesday and Thursday and 1 class that's online. She says her classes are good, but her hardest class which is Physics has an instructor that she can't understand. So she's a little worried about that class, but I think she's going to do great! Abby won her volleyball game on Saturday and I was the scorekeeper and gave everyone 10 points instead of 01 points to start, whoops!! Hopefully they don't ask me to do that again, haha. Jacob is watching the neighbors dogs for the week, so he's busy and Ashlyn on top of doing school is being a nanny for a family for a week while the parents are on a cruise. Hopefully she can manage everything, and gets enough sleep. Today's my birthday and I woke up to lots of birthday texts and Facebook posts and Rick made me a breakfast burrito! Yummy, going to be a good day!

 

Week in Review...

Abby's loving her volleyball games...I got to be the coach this last weekend! We lost, but we cheered big time for every point we got!

Ashlyn went to the mall and they had these adorable puppies! So cute!! The puppy on the bottom left looks like Rusty when he was a puppy!

It's been a rough week, but I'm trying to stay positive and remember that I'm doing my best. School is going good and it's been a good start to the year. Ashlyn starts school tomorrow and she's really nervous, but I know she's going to do great!
 

Week in review--Anna's wedding!

 My sweet girl went way out of her comfort zone and auditioned for the Zaharis Broadcast Channel (ZBC) for the weather girl position. She practiced and did amazing! She didn't make it, but she wants to audition again next time! I'm just proud of her for trying...

My sweet niece Anna was sealed on Friday in the Saratoga Springs temple. It was so beautiful and I was so grateful that I was able to fly up and be apart of it. Grateful for a supportive husband and family that let me go and be with my family!

My aunt Cathy and Uncle Jim even came from Mesquite, it was so fun to chat with them and I found out that Aunt Cathy was a special education resource teacher for Elementary school too!

I took the kids to the park in between the dinner and the reception and we got caught in a downpour rain, so we had to take cover! It was so fun!

It was a wonderful whirlwind weekend, but I'm so glad that I got to go. Abby had another volleyball game and they won this time! Yay!
