Week in Review...

These pictures are in reverse order starting with the finished product! After months of scraping off all of the paint on the bottom cabinets and sanding them down I finally was able to freshly paint them. We also got new granite countertops and a new sink/faucet. I only need to freshly paint the top cabinets and then i'll be done. I've decided to take a little break though, because I'm exhausted. This was a lot of work! I love it though, being in the kitchen makes me so happy now.

Jacob went to the beach with the grandparents in California this week and he flew on a place all by himself...

Haley got a new job! She's now working at the walmart in Apache junction, she's working 45 hours a week! She's pretty exhausted!

In the process of painting my cabinets, I bought  a paint sprayer and it went so much faster, smoother finish and evenly done. I will never paint cabinets without it again!!

So nice to have it all done for now...

Ashlyn went to Sunsplash with some friends last week, they had a great time. No long lines, so they were able to ride all the slides twice!

Rick went down the river again, except for this time he paddled upstream to get back! Pretty view of Red Mountain...

Abby, Haley, Ashlyn and Jacob all helped Abby tie dye her white dress that she would never wear, now she won't stop wearing it. So cute!

WEEK in Review

Ricks parents left on Tuesday and took Jacob with them, he is getting spoiled out in Suisun City, CA. He had blueberry muffins for breakfast one morning, he is loving it.

We had our cabinets rebuilt for free with our lifetime warranty. He said that they hadn't been anchored well to the wall, and that these were anchored very well and wouldn't be going anywhere. We spent the day on Saturday putting everything back and organizing them. It's nice to have them back...

 Happy Father's Day to my Dad, he's the best dad ever! He's always there to listen to me, gives great advice and loves to laugh. He's a spiritual giant and the greatest storyteller ever. I'm so proud to call him my dad!



And to my husband who is an amazing daddy as well, he loves to play with his kids and teach them. He has their best interests in his heart. We are lucky to have him! Happy Father's Day!
